At Stevovo cc T/A Moniquesplace, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Because we source products from multiple brands and suppliers, our refund and returns process depends on each manufacturer’s individual policy.
Please review the terms below before requesting a return or refund.
1. Manufacturer-Based Policy
Each manufacturer or supplier we work with has its own return, exchange, and warranty policy.
As such:
- Some items may qualify for a full refund or replacement within a specific timeframe.
- Others may only qualify for repairs or store credit.
- Certain products (such as hygiene items, digital downloads, or made-to-order goods) are non-returnable.
We will assist in facilitating your claim with the relevant manufacturer or supplier wherever possible.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
- Your return request must be submitted within the manufacturer’s stated return period.
Once we confirm that the product is eligible under the manufacturer’s policy, we’ll guide you through the return process.
3. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:
- Products marked “non-returnable” or “final sale”.
- Downloadable software or digital products.
- Items damaged through misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved by the manufacturer:
- You will be notified once the item has been inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow time for the manufacturer and your bank to process the transaction.
Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise by the manufacturer.
5. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item unless the manufacturer’s policy states otherwise.
If a replacement or repair is approved, return shipping may be covered — depending on the manufacturer’s terms.
6. Assistance with Returns
We understand that dealing with multiple suppliers can be confusing. Our team is here to help facilitate your claim and communicate with the relevant manufacturer on your behalf.
