These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to promotional offers made available by Stevovo CC t/a Moniquesplace ("Moniquesplace", "we", "us" or "our"). By participating in any promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Instant Discount Voucher Promotion
1.1 Customers who place a qualifying order of R5,000.00 or more may receive an Instant Discount Voucher, automatically deducted at checkout where applicable.
1.2 The promotion applies only to qualifying products and orders as determined by Moniquesplace.
1.3 The discount is applied automatically during checkout. No voucher code is required unless otherwise stated.
1.4 The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or redeemed for cash value.
1.5 This promotion may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discount vouchers unless expressly permitted by Moniquesplace.
1.6 Moniquesplace reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
2. Every 1,000th Completed Order Promotion
2.1 Every 1,000th Completed Order qualifies for a R1,000.00 Discount Voucher for use on a future purchase.
2.2 A Completed Order is an order that has been successfully paid for, verified, and completed in accordance with Moniquesplace's official order records.
2.3 The qualifying order number is determined solely by Moniquesplace's internal order management system. This determination is final.
2.4 The winning customer will be notified using the contact details provided with the qualifying order.
2.5 The R1,000.00 Discount Voucher will be issued after the qualifying order has been verified.
2.6 The voucher:

is valid for 90 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated;

is valid for one-time use only;

is non-transferable;

cannot be exchanged for cash or credit; and

must be redeemed before its expiry date.
2.7 Moniquesplace reserves the right to cancel or refuse a voucher where an order is cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise found not to qualify.
3. General Terms
3.1 Promotions are available while offered and may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice.
3.2 Moniquesplace reserves the right to verify customer information and qualifying orders before issuing any promotional benefit.
3.3 Promotions are intended for genuine retail and business customers. Any abuse, misuse, fraudulent activity, or attempts to manipulate promotions may result in disqualification.
3.4 Moniquesplace's decision regarding the administration of these promotions is final.
3.5 These promotions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
