While we would love to help everyone, our ability to provide sponsorships and donations depends on the company's financial performance and available resources. For this reason, sponsorship or assistance cannot be guaranteed.

Every application is reviewed fairly and on its own merits.

Basic Requirements

To help us evaluate your request, please include the following:

• Your full name and contact details

• Name of the organisation (if applicable)

• Registration number (NPO/NGO/PBO), where applicable

• A clear description of your organisation or project

• The purpose of the sponsorship or assistance request

• The amount or type of assistance requested

• Supporting quotations, invoices or relevant documentation (where applicable)

• The date by which assistance is required

• Any other information that may assist us in evaluating your application

Our Assessment Process

Applications are assessed individually based on several factors, including:

• The potential impact of the request

• The legitimacy and credibility of the applicant

• Available supporting documentation

• Available company resources

• Moniquesplace's financial performance at the time of review

• Alignment with our community values

Where possible, preference may be given to projects that create a lasting positive impact within South African communities.

• Due to the number of requests received, we may not be able to respond to every application.

• We reserve the right to approve, decline or partially fund any request at our sole discretion.

• Assistance may be provided in the form of products, services, vouchers or financial contributions, depending on the circumstances.

• Any information submitted will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of evaluating your application.
